Good product
The product is good and works as expected. There are two coils at top and bottom. Temperate controller only can on/off these two coils. The size is 16inch which is okay(not that big). I don't think the smaller versions are good interm of size.

Very good product at this price point
Good product, using it for some months now, and along with the accessories at this price point is just value for everything. We used to have a timer variant one earlier but preferred to have this simple one... One flip side is that a 16amp plug point could have been provided... During long use the 5amp plug gets heated up a bit.Overall a nice buy... And yes can directly talk with the customer service as well
