I have used them for all kinds of foods and have had no issues with them being vacuumed sealed nor found any defects. I love that the roll is sealed inside a sturdy box. Trying to handle a roll, get the size right and handle scissors all at the same time was a pain. This is effortless! The box has a cutter so once you get the length you want, you just slide the little cutter and you are done.
