المنتج مصنوع من البلاستيك المنتج لا يعطي رغوة صابونوانما يعطي صابون بشكل سائل المنتج لا يحتوي على قارورة ليتم تركيبها اسفل الحوض ومن الصعب جدا الحصول على قارورة لنفس القياسات ولا يتم بيع القارورة بشكل منفصل حيث انا لا تتواجد على موقع امزون ولا يتم توفيرها من البائع المنتج تقليدي وليس ذكي في آلية التشغيل القارورة لها قياسات خاصة و تصلح فقط للمنتج وقد حاولت ايجاد قارورة لها ولكن لاسف لم اجدها تم ارجاع المنتج لعدم الاستفادة منها مع جزيل الشكر والاحترام والتقدير لشركة امزون

This product does NOT accept the one-shot FOAM soaps- specifically Rubbermaid #FG750390- even though the description and an answer in the Q&A suggests otherwise. I tried to use the "Get product support" button on my Amazon order page, but got no response from anyone. Apparently there is a difference between one-shot foam and one-shot liquid refills.

It's missing the container that holds the dish soap. The package itself the way it was designed it looks like it couldn't have room for the container even though it shows it on the package description

These are sooooooo much better than having the cheesy stick on plastic soap dispenser tanks that are covered in bacteria and who knows what else. We are putting these in all of our corporate restrooms.

Unreliable.. Only 6 months of usage and already malfunctioning

I am glad I got this, having 6 kids ranging from 3-17 y.o. It makes it much easier to wash hands for the little ones, there is no longer a mess. Less soap is used and it looks great. So for $30, this is great value for money. The only down side is the under counter installation required a bit of cutting out of the bench top (we have a thick bench top). This would not have been a problem if the designed the wire plugin to go in the side or bottom instead of the top. (so, take notice of the picture and think about your installation requirements) We also melted a hole in the soap bottle to refill with own soap to save $$$
