That’s why PRV Audio’s Alto Series woofers were carefully crafted and voiced to create a natural, smooth sound while remaining dynamic. With improved excursion and higher power handling over PRV’s popular 12W750A, the 12W800A Alto series 12″ professional 8 ohm woofer offers improved output capability and more low frequency impact. Its robust design ensures durability and reliability, making it suitable for demanding environments. Additionally, the 12W800A offers excellent thermal management and low distortion, ensuring dynamic midbass reponse with clear and accurate sound reproduction across various applications. Featuring a multi-roll surround, large raised spider, and 2.50″ light-weight voice coil, the 12W800A is capable of high output while keeping distortion under control. This Woofer works great as a midbass speaker for custom car audio systems, designed for use in compact ported box, also works very well as door speakers.
