Smooth krill oil with noticeable benefits
I’ve been taking this krill oil daily and it’s easy to add into my routine. The softgels are smooth and don’t leave an aftertaste like some fish oils do, and overall it feels like a quality omega-3 option. Feel good: Gentle on digestion no discomfort. Smell: Mild and not fishy at all. Effectiveness: Noticeably better than basic fish oil for me. Energy level: Subtle improvement feels like support rather than a stimulant. Value for money: Good potency for the price. Skin improvement: Slightly smoother, more hydrated feel over time.

Brightly Colored, No Bad Taste 🐟
As far as omega 3 supplements go, these krill oil capsules are nicely colored, easy to swallow, and have no unpleasant taste to them. I started taking them to hopefully begin to ease some of the diffuse joint pain I’ve started dealing with in my early 40s, but after one month of consistent daily use, I couldn’t tell a difference. They may offer great benefits to other users, and I would definitely suggest them to anyone searching for a quality krill oil supplement, I just didn’t personally notice any positive benefits after exhausting a one-month supply, in my energy levels or my joint pain. I also take Nutrafol daily for hair health, so some of those ingredients might affect concurrent efficacy of both. I will say that I do appreciate that these capsules are a bright red color because it makes them easy to identify at a glance when filling daily pill containers for the week ahead.

Huge pills
I’m not sure if I will benefit from taking this krill oil, I will probably never no, I will try taking the bottle I ordered because I opened it and can’t return but these pills are huge, I usually don’t have problems swallowing pills even large ones but this is way too big, they actually hurt my throat. I’m trying to use this bottle so I won’t waste my money, but I’m afraid I may choke. I would not recommend these to anyone. It would have been better to make them smaller even if it meant you have to take two. These are dangerously big.
