Review: Excellent !!! Merci Review: Awesome - worked like a charm - I had to do it slightly differently but they are great regardless. Basically just like many drawers, a big one we had had the floor falling out due to bending / load. The problem is the edges of the 'floor' board were also weak and damaged so whilst the idea was great to use those braces in order to push them back and secure, they just ended up popping out on the edges. What I have done - and it works great - is drill holes through the floor and used the screws that came with this set, to secure the board onto the braces. So basically Screw > Floor > Brace > Nut this thing is so stable now that puts the (still) undamaged drawers into shame ... In fact, I will order five more sets and strengthen the remaining ones. ## Features - Widely application: The bracket has two mounting methods.Work perfectly for most drawers, Used to reinforce and repair wooden / MDF / chipboard drawers,Repairing those drawers that have sagged with age by strengthening the support and firmness of the base. - Unique design: The available space for the brackets is 13 25/64 - 24 13/32 inches, Suitable for installation on 14-24 inch drawers. I have a broken kitchen cabinet drawer but only about 3/8” of space from the bottom of the drawer.** A: I believe you’re good **Q: Front of drawer is slightly bowed, causing bottom to slip out of its groove. Will this help straighten the wood via tightening and tension?** A: Not sure if it will straighten the bow out of the drawer front, but it will definitely hold the bottom in the groove so it doesn't fall and you'll be able to put what you want in the drawer and pull drawer in and out again. I used it on the top drawer of my desk when the bottom wouldn't stay in and works great. **Q: Can this be used to reinforce a sagging shelf in a book shelf?** A: Cannot be used to support book shelves unless a lip exists along the front to attached the other end of the bracket. Better to purchase a regular shelve bracket with a strong fillet at the joint. **Q: How long is the short screw?** A: The long screw is 3/8 inch from the end to the bottom of the head. The short screw is 3/16 inch from the end to the bottom of the head. The heads are flat with philips head openings. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent !!! *by B***A on 14 December 2024* Et Très utile !!!
