Quality and so robust and strong

We used to have a table that was on trestle legs for portability, and so it could be packed away easier when needed, as the legs could be easily removed. However, when moving to our new house, the trestles were far more work than we liked, and we decided it'd be better to have table legs that could fold down. After hunting about, we found these hinges, and while they probably aren't completely suitable for outdoors furniture, they seemed to be fine for indoor tables, and importantly, claimed to be very sturdy and not wobbly. I am pleased to report that they in fact are pretty much exactly as described. One thing we did note, is that with our table we have to make sure the legs are out as far as they will go before it stays stable, but that's a small price to pay for the convenience of being able to fold the legs under it and slide it neatly away when needed.

Great set, versatile and used to make a campervan bed that we can fold legs down to pop over the rear seat bench and then lock into place !

Sturdy and pretty easy to fit (screws were included). A latching mechanism is built into the hinge so the legs are either stowed or deployed with little chance of an unintended collapse. Very good, will use again when the need arises.

I used these excellent little hinge brackets for a lift up table and a lift up shelf in a children’s playhouse. They worked a treat, easy to fit and very quick to lift up the table/shelf. A little tricky to release due to the position of the table rather than the product. I can’t say how long the spring mechanism will last but certainly now it is great and works really well. Will buy again for any future projects, I think they are great value for money too.
