Taste is good, but the smelly may put you off
The pickle is sour and great in taste. If you are not familiar with these kinds of food items, opening the bottle may put you off because of its pungent and somewhat foul smell. The smell lasts even after you wash your hands. You may use a spoon or toothpick to pick and eat. That way, you can reduce the after-smell of it.It is a little more on spicy side too, apparently as Bhut Jolokia is used in its preparation.

It’s surprising good and very delicious. I wasn’t expecting it to be so good since it’s from online store but the taste isn’t compromised at all. Although I like it a bit more spicy but willing to overlook that since spice preferences may vary

Bhoot Jholokia is hardly present. The pungent flavor is but nit much. This Company's Pork Pick with is better. But not worth spending so much!

Loved it
The best bamboo shoot pickle I have ever tasted was from an assemese friend. I also bought several times from different North eastern state, but no one matched that taste...... Finally this is the taste I was looking for... I just wish the quantity would have been a little more at this price.
