Great product.
I love this product. I also have the stronger version. I actually feel when my folate levels drop and usually end up going to doc’s. This saves me lots of time and money!

Standard tables not issue
Standard tablet size I find easy to swallow but don’t have and issue with that. They are reasonably good values for money.

I was worried that my hair was thinning and did some checking about vitamins that might be helpful. I found three that seemed to be useful for the hair and nails, so I was able to find them all on Amazon, at a good price. I'm taking them on consecutive days to see if they will be gentle on my stomach. So far, no problems, and too soon to tell about my hair.
