My fins in the photos are a USA 8-9, EU 40-41 which is a Women’s 9-10 (Men’s 8) in the United States. They’re tight when you try them on dry, but perfect once you get in the water. I am a Medium width foot. I wear an Adidas tennis shoe in women’s 10 and a 9.5 in any brand sandal. I’m a 10.5 Asics or Nike tennis shoe. They will fit an American woman size 9-10 or American man 7.5-8.5. I would size up if you’re a women’s 10-11. They’ve been worn for competitive USA Swimming training 6 days a week in a chlorine pool for a year with no fading, no deterioration of the rubber, and no stretching. I would buy these again! I had the Arena Tech Pros before I purchased these - these are slightly heavier than the Tech Pro - love them both. They are a thick, structured rubbery silicone material (not hard plastic).
