Never worked since we bought , contacted seller but no reply . Very disappointed.

There was a but of an issue with the delivery of the package (Canadian courier issue, technically not a priblem on the seller's end) and Robin, the seller/representative, helped me out greatly. He always responded swiftly and was willing to help and get down to the bottom of the problem. He ended up issuing me a refund, since the package didn't arrive on the day that it said it did. (It was marked as "delivered", but wasn't truly received) the package ended up arriving later on, but Robin let me keep it without having to pay for it, which is amazing. That, in my opinion, is going above and beyond for the costumer. I appreciate your help and kindness. Great experience. Although mildly late, the drill arrived in good shape, works find and they even added a funny joke on a card inside the box. My kid was too busy drilling, but I enjoyed it almost as much as he enjoys the drill. It is equipped with a little power nut set, 2 drilling bits, multiple screwdriving bits, a bag of screws of different shapes and sizes, an extender bit and of course a charger. The drill has a light function, which I love. 10/10. I definitely recommend you buy this product from this seller.

I like that the bits for the drill just snap in with no need to be tightened. Perfect for a youngster. Seems to be well made.

Ceci est pour un cadeau de Noel, nous n'avons pas encore fait l'essai. Mais, quelle belle surprise a la réception, la réalité de cette drill est complètement magnifique. Pour un petit garçon qui demande que de travailler avec Papa et avoir ces vrais outils, je crois qu'avec ce cadeau sont rêve va se réaliser ;) Belle conception.
