These are nice, and give the food a great flavor. They're larger chunks than some, I'll wrap a piece in aluminum foil with some slits in the top and it will smoke for the entire cook. Can't beat the smell of real wood in the barbecue.

Good product. Did not have to wet, provided consistent smoke and added flavor.

Great Smoke and Flavor! Slow Burn, Nutral Smell

I have a small electric smoker, and these wood chunks are my favorite type. It’s wood cut into nice sized blocks vs a bunch of scraps and oversized and irregularly shaped pieces tossed in a box or bag. With the limited space in my smokebox the relative uniformity of these nice pieces of wood are awesome. For the few piece that were 1/8” too big the neatness and dryness (is that called seasoned?) of the pieces made it super easy to split cleanly into two that would fit in my smoke box. Best wood I’ve gotten off Amazon in all of my smoking.

Worked just fine. Looking forward to the next bbq.
