Product works good and is of very good price available here, local looteras were asking 15000 for the same product i got it for 7900 something here super happy with the purchass. The package was dslivered fast and safe, packaging was also ok, delivered to my doorstep and tge next day installed with some plumbing was required too in our house which the installer also helped and made it fully operational for a nominal charge. Water is hot in 15 mins. And is a no nonsense unit go for 2t ltr one it gives one full big bucket of water that two people can use to take bath adding cold water to it. Happy with amazon service and the seller.

Good product

Great product at affordable price but one accessory was missing which is wall mounted patti for hanging the gyser. But thanks to their engineer he perfectly hanged it into wall using another one. Overall good quality and ease of installation size is also good. And one last thing we have to purchase the pipes ourselves which is fine

Very good keeps the water hot for many hours. Additionally never gets run out of hot water in the middle of shower as the capacity is enough for 4 to 5 persons. Takes very little time to get hot water.

Good product heating instantly and no issue Go for it

Havells water heater Instanio is a very good product. I am using another water heater for past 8 years and quite satisfied with it.

​I am extremely disappointed with my purchase due to two major issues: an incomplete product package and unacceptable customer service when trying to resolve the problem. ​1. Incomplete/Missing Accessories & Hidden Costs: ​The product listing showed a discounted price, but the savings were immediately negated by missing essential items. Upon the arrival of the installation technician from [Mention Brand, e.g., Havells], I was informed that the following critical components were missing from the package: ​Inlet/Outlet Pipes: Cost me Rs. 500 ​Wall Mount/Hanging Bracket: Cost me Rs. 500 ​The technician also charged Rs. 350 for installation. This means I had to immediately shell out Rs. 1350/- in unexpected and hidden costs just to get the geyser installed. As a first-time geyser buyer, I had no way of knowing what the standard package should contain until the installer pointed out the missing parts. ​2. Highly Unprofessional Customer Service: ​When I contacted customer service to report the missing items and request a resolution/refund for the components I had to purchase, the experience was shocking. I attempted to explain the situation, and while I may not have been speaking perfectly fluent Hindi, the representative replied with an unhelpful and condescending attitude, threatening to disconnect the call and demanding that I "talk appropriately." ​He then dismissed my issue entirely, stating that because I had the geyser installed before calling them (a necessity since the installer was already at my home), they "couldn't do anything." ​Conclusion: ​It is unacceptable to send an incomplete product package, advertise it with a discount, and then expect the customer to bear the extra cost and hassle. Furthermore, for a major retailer/brand to treat a customer who is simply trying to rectify their mistake with such disrespect is appalling. ​Sending an incomplete product is a mistake; refusing to resolve the issue and treating the customer poorly is a policy failure. Buyers, please be aware of the potentially missing components and hidden costs with this purchase. I strongly advise better quality control and immediate training for your customer service team.
