I cannot see a heading for sensors on Garmin connect app, so I cannot connect

Which android app can use the HRV function?

This connects to anything blue tooth, I use it on Zwift, Strava, Garmin, you can download it’s own software for using it without the need for the above. It is a great monitor, my coach does not like the wrist HR readings not accurate and I hated the chest strap this was a great compromise.
