Waste of money ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lab Analyst: Good kit *by J***. on 4 January 2025* I am a veteran lab/chemist 20+ years, now modeller, worked with many lab instruments (just to show some merit in this review), and this kit is quite typical for lab use. Without having an actual calibration sample to test with, the next best thing I did was compare with NHS lab results, and they were within acceptable range (I measured 368umol UA, the lab was 360umol). If you read the description, results may differ by 20%, which is very typical for lab equipment, especially equipment which use test strips. Ensure you get enough blood from pricking your finger, and the test strip does a great job of taking a sample of your blood. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to monitor UA, and the glucose is useful as well, but maybe a continuous glucose monitor might be better. Set your expectations as per note above and you won't be disappointed.
