Does this fit a 43cm doll?

I made a 12 inch doll which was stuffed firmly so would be wider than a shop bought doll. The top and bottom fitted well but was a tad long which should mean it would fit a 43cm doll.

Are these ok for a 1 and half year old

The quality was ok we didn’t have anything coming apart. Depending on the doll neat to put on so may need adult help and socks come off easily so can lost or eaten if your little one still puts things in his/her mouth.

Lower quality than expected, but fine for the price

The material is cheap, thin, and shiny, and it's roughly stitched together. The hat is a funny shape, but looks fine if you tuck the white band underneath. Pictures show the outfit on a 38cm doll. It's fine for the price, but probably wouldn't recommend.
