If you like sand, the wood, it’s good but I prefer the vanilla. It’s awesome. Makes the house smells very good when people come over.

I bought Hiqili Sandalwood oil after using the P&J sandalwood for years. While I liked the P&J fragrance oil, it was more expensive. Admittedly, I initially wasn't crazy about the smell of the Hiqili oil. I found it to have a more smoky and earthy scent, and has a less sweet smell to it, than the P&J sandalwood. I'm guessing that is in part because it is an essential oil and not a fragrance oil. P&J is listed as a fragrance oil. It mixes well with other scents. I've come to really like the Hiqili sandalwood oil and it's now my go-to. I use it in diffusers, with other fragrances like cherry blossom. Another plus for the Hiqili oil is the packaging. I purchased the larger 3.38 Fl Oz bottle. Along with everything being well padded and secured, it came with a larger dropper and a smaller bottle with a dropper for travel. I would highly recommend this oil for its high quality at an affordable price. I will definitely be trying their other oils as well.

I am no professional when it comes to essential oils. Some say that this oil is not legit. I don't know I like it. I have only positive experienciences with this product. I will continue to buy it

I’ve been on a quest for a nice light calming sandalwood scent that is the one I’m used to in all the sandalwood-scented products and perfume oils I’ve used in the past. My first purchase from another brand/seller smelled awful-like cheap perfume. So I moved on to this one. While it is not the exact sandalwood scent I was looking for, it is conveniently an exact dupe of my favorite perfume which costs $125/100ml. If you’re familiar with Commodity’s Book (expressive), this smells EXACTLY like that. So while the hunt continues, I’m actually super happy that I bought this because now I can add it to lotion to match my favorite perfume and mix it with a carrier oil when my travel bottle of perfume runs out. So even though I didn’t get exactly what I was hoping for, I feel like I actually got something better.

I ordered Sandalwood recently from another seller and was very happy with it. But, wanted some more and I came across this on Amazon after making that purchase and due to the low, low price, decided to try HIQILI. It arrived quickly and I opened it and immediately noted the smell seemed off and odd. Hard to describe, but suspicious. I then compared it to the other oil side by side, and let several others also do a blind test and they all said it was funky smelling and not Indian or pure smelling sandalwood. The bottle and packaging all seemed on the up and up and I checked amazon again and saw and the alleged “certifications”. Then I did more research online and also checked the actual BOTTOM of the packaging, I had not seen and saw “Made in China” in Guangzhou. Online I read about concerns with the alleged purity and also the lack of transparency by HIQILI as to the sources and ingredients of there essential oils. Well, I then requested a refund from Amazon as it was received a few days ago and unused. I did NOT want an exchange! I was happy that Amazon allowed credit for the purchase and noted I was not requested to return the item. Why, I wondered?! I think you get the gist. What would they do with this “genuine” “Indian” sandalwood oil? I do not know what else could be in it or where it’s really from. It went into the trash though, as we were concerned to use it on our skin or inhale it in a diffuser. Note this ONLY applies to this particular oil, so I cannot comment on other oils HIQILI sells.

I bought the HIQILI Sandalwood Essential Oil to use in my homemade body wash, and I’m really impressed with it. The scent is amazing—warm, natural, and very clean. It blended perfectly with my Castile soap and gave my shower gel a fresh, high-quality fragrance. A little goes a long way, and it made my DIY body wash feel much more luxurious. I would definitely recommend this oil if you’re making homemade soaps or body care products.

Use almost on a daily basis! I highly recommend pairing this up with the vanilla scent as well. It’s a nice scent of sandalwood and doesn’t smell cheap and artificial as other brands. Whether it’s a big or small bottle this will last you for months/years. A little drop is all you need and everyone will come asking what you’re wearing. Will be purchasing again!!

This essence smells lovely! I’ve used it to add to castor oil and using on my skin, it really does help my skin feel and smell nice

Wow I will never buy a small bottle or wildly priced essential oil again! The value for money here is incredible and the smell is divine. I was curious to see how these would compare with the well known EO brands but I have to say I love these more. The liquid is thinner and more concentrated, I can’t believe how long these bottles last and we use them every day in 3 diffusers around the home, as well as mix perfume oil with fractionated coconut oil.
