Works great, worth the money, and worth it for your digestive track
This works. As someone who has struggled with digestive issues for years. Since I had kids my digestive system gets back up, I’ve tried laxatives, other teas… this is gentle. Tastes great. I highly recommend. Easy to use! As always the tea quality is great with this brand I originally fell in love with their Ginger Peach and decided to give this a try. It’s worth the money!

Tasty
Delicious tea and gets the job done. Also helps me fall to sleep faster which is a plus. Definitely a part of my bedtime ritual.

It sure does work !!!!, drink plenty of water before after and during!
This is a light rooibos blended tea with a pleasant mild flavor. It is meant to "naturally and gently" 'get you going'. One cup before bed will have you on the move shortly after you wake up. I have tried other teas that also work but often cause me to have stomach cramps in the morning, NOT THIS ONE! This one somehow softens just enough to get a nice morning movement for me. When needed i would rather have a natural herbal tea than some of the other options and this one has been my favorite for a few months now.
