Grape Energy Mix

This is arguably one of the best energy drinks I have ever had and I have tried many. My technique is to fill a pint glass 3/4 of the way, add powder, add ice, top off with water. I take 2-3 sips, top off again, and put it in the fridge. When I get the non-energy blues, I take a swig or two, and top off with ice. Takes at least 2 days to go through a full glass. Now with the above said, if, and only if, I have something going on (like organizing the garage which has to be the most energy draining chore on the planet next to roofing), I will go through an entire glass. But be warned, this stuff works. In fact it works so well you might not feel an urge to eat, because taking a swig gets you right back to work. This sounds facetious but it isn't. I have done many dull, mindless tasks (such as unpacking moving boxes) while chugging this elixir and was able to power through. Lastly, you might think sugar crash or a big energy drain when it wears off. Honestly, if you consume it in doses, it really doesn't do that. You don't get a big high then a crash low, you get a steady hey I feel good let's go pull some dandelions on a hot day. Now, for those who like to mix energy drinks with alcohol, I might have done that but never at the same time. I might have drank this and done some work and then had a beer. Or had a beer or three and then drank this to stay awake to watch a movie or football. I don't really have stats on this behavior, but I would suggest it's fine as with all things, in moderation.

Now it comes in a variety of flavors grape being my personal favorite This is a good fairly healthy alternative because it’s vitamin B12 if you’re looking to ease off of other energy drinks that use chemicals and high doses of caffeine or what not it’s a good alternative not only that you have a carbonated energy drink in a little tube ready to go whenever you need it And it’s a good way to get yourself and cleanse the use and need of other energy drinks. I recommend you know if you do a week of using other energy drinks like bang or C4. Whatever you use do a week of detox using zip fizz, and go on and off I mean, it’s your choice that’s what I do so I don’t become relying on energy drinks, but when I need a little zip to go, I grab myself a tube also don’t really have a crash and it’s a great way to keep yourself hydrated and enjoy a good beverage

Tastes like child grape flavored medicine but I happen to like that. Love Zipfizz!!! Been drinking it for about 3 years during my workouts. I also love the fruit punch. You don’t get jittery and you can sleep at night. I do my workouts at around 3:30 pm, go to bed around 8. Get up early. Wish I could buy the flavors I like in bulk at better discount. Unless I’m working outside I find it difficult drinking a lot of water in AZ. Water tastes terrible here, and I don’t like the taste of plastic bottled water. Spoiled from years of Chicago water- it’s the best tasting water ever! Try Zipfizz if you like a tangy kool-aid. Also, don’t fill your water bottle to the top and then pour it in, you’ll get an overflow of fizzy foam! Leave yourself a little room. There’s lots of flavors to try! Enjoy!

Love zipfizz...this grape flavor is one of my favorites..gives me a little pep for my day.Compared to other drink mixes zipfizz has great flavors and taste great on top of a decent reasonable price.

This was recommended to me by my trainer, and it really helps with my energy level. Taste great! I only use half the recommended amount because I like things real weak. Not salty tasting, like some other brands.

Its great gives me energy for a while but it does work .

First of all, I am not going to pretend to know the true nutritional 'anything' for this or any other product. I'm just going to relate my experience and what I believe about the product. This is one of those powders that come in tubes that you add to water. This is the grape flavor. They have many others, but grape seems to be the favorite for many. I first came across it at Sam's Club as the company often has reps there to offer samples to customers. In fact, they will actually give you an entire bottle of water with a full tube mixed in for free, if you ask them. It says it provides a ton of vitamins. I have chosen to believe that so I think of it as a way of getting a lot of my vitamin intake because I'm an oddball eater. The product claims that it can give you a burst of energy that lasts for hours. What I have found is that it is true. When I drink the bottle and then set out to go for a walk or clean, or do anything that requires energy on my part, that after about 15 minutes, I do get a boost. Thus, I believe that, for me anyway, that's a credible claim. Some of the flavors don't quite have it on the taste side of things, but I do love the grape and enjoy the orange from time to time as well. This product is currently part of the Subscribe and Save program and you can get a good deal on it most of the time when ordering the grape flavor. That said, Sam's Club price when I last checked was still $19.99 for the 20-tube package of the grape. Amazon's pricing sometimes beats that easily, but sometimes it also goes up higher. The other flavors are often more than the Sam's Club or Costco pricing. At any rate, I still try to drink one of these a day and sometimes I do more. When I don't do anything exercise or energy-wise, I feel like I'm getting the vitamins I know. When I do have things to do and drink this first, I do feel like it helps once it kicks in. I'm a believer in the product. Oh, and I like that the company is accessible by phone. I have called them a few times, with either questions or feedback. The last time I called it was because one tube did not have the protective plastic cover on it. Without any hassle, they sent me three tubes as a replacement.
