Does the Watermellon Super Greens contain prebiotics?

Yes. This particular Super Green is good in spicy juices, such as V8 or tomato. You sense when you drink it, that your body really needs it, a very healthy super food.

Can the super green powder be mixed in hot water?

It would be best to use the Organic SuperGreens with lower temperature foods and beverages; therefore, adding it to cool or warm foods and beverages would be best. The organic green juices are dried using a proprietary raw food process keeping the juice below 100 degrees at all times.
