Magnesium Glycinate Gummies for Sleep Support, Zero Sugar, 60 Count

I bought these because I’ve been dealing with bloating, water retention, and abdominal discomfort for a couple of weeks. I’m 5’10”, very active, and normally hover around 140 lbs, but I’d been stuck around 148-149 lbs despite no major changes to my diet or activity level. I knew it wasn’t body fat, so I started looking into other possible causes. I read that magnesium can help support fluid balance and digestion, and that certain forms may help draw extracellular water into the intestines, so I decided to give these gummies a try. The first night I took them, I slept incredibly well and woke up feeling noticeably less bloated and 2 pounds lighter the next morning! No joke! I even ate right before bed. My stomach felt flatter, and I was much more comfortable overall. The gummies taste great, are easy to take, and didn’t upset my stomach. Obviously everyone’s experience will be different, but for me the combination of better sleep, improved digestion, and reduced bloating made a noticeable difference right away. I’m very happy with this purchase and will continue taking them.

These are delicious and they work better at calming me and treating restless legs than any other magnesium supplement I have tried. The company also started shipping them with a cold pack to fix the issue with melting in hot weather.

These are absolutely delicious!! It’s hard not to eat more than the recommended dosage lol I’ve tried so many different types of magnesium glycinate. I just placed my second order, and might be a customer for life!! I also feel they are potent enough to finally help me get some restful sleep.

Product seems good. Why did it ship in an insulated package with an ice pack? Is it supposed to be kept cold? The ice pack was fully melted and warm, even a bit hot out in my mailbox.

I like this brand, I take 2 before sleeping. These gummies help me relax and good for sore muscles. They also have a nice pineapple-ish flavor. Highly recommend.

They changed the formula! This used to be vegan and sweetened with monk fruit, which causes no digestive issues. The new formula has entirely different ingredients! They removed monk fruit and added not only gelatin (not vegan friendly; common allergen), but also not one, but 3 (!!!) different types of artificial sugars for cheaper manufacturing, despite the price being the same. The new formula contains maltitol, sorbitol and erythritol, the first one raises blood sugar faster than regular table sugar and will knock you out of ketosis! I didn’t know it was changed and took it as usual, which started causing a BUNCH of digestive issues (bloating, indigestion, gas, fast heartbeat, elevated blood pressure, shaking etc.). This should’ve came with a big huge warning label about the new ingredients, as many people are sensitive or allergic to artificial sweeteners!! The amount of magnesium in each gummy is also not as stated on the label, since I was taking it and it didn’t do anything until I took double what I normally take with these from the previous bottle to see any kind of effect. This is crucial for someone who constantly has to monitor electrolyte levels and take a specific amount at a specific time and can’t swallow pills. Not only did this cause issues, but it took longer to get out of an imbalance episode, with many more side effects. The new formula seems to affect blood pressure, as it spiked mine, which never happened with the old one. BUYER BEWARE!!!

These did not work for my daughter. She's 7 and I have only been giving her 1/3 gummy which was only 70mg , so maybe thats why, but I read up on magnesium and kids her age shouldn't have more than 110mg from supplements and 1 of these gummies have 210mg. She does have pretty bad adhd, im just nervous to give her any more until she has bloodwork to see if she is deficient in magnesium. She loves the taste of them though! She normally hates gummies coated with anything but I guess these taste awesome so I gave 3 stars
