## Overview

The Pressure Positive Company Original Wooden Knobble is a professional-grade, ergonomic massage tool made from natural wood. Its smoothly rounded tip delivers precise pressure to trigger points, helping reduce muscle tension and repetitive strain injury. ## Description

This all-wood massage tool is another traditional favorite of therapists and self care enthusiasts who prefer the look and feel of natural, turned wood. About the size of a large mushroom, the cap is held in the palm of the hand, and the smoothly rounded stem is used to apply pressure to trigger points in soft tissue. Some gentle kneading motion with the Knobble or slow movement of the part of the body being massaged may be helpful. Bodyworkers often use the Knobble to save wear and tear on their hands when working on tough spots. But the Knobble is not meant to replace your healing hands, only to help them do more and last longer.

## Features

- Comfortable to hold massage tool delivers accurate pressure; lie on it for effective self-massage.
- Professional Grade, Made of Natural Wood.
- The smoothly rounded tip is used with a variety of grips to apply pressure to trigger points in soft tissue.
- Lie on it or place it behind you in a chair to do your back, glutes, hamstrings and other hard to reach areas.
- The Knobble massage tool is designed to reduce Repeive Stress Injury (RSI) to the forearms, wrists, hands, fingers and thumbs while applying deep or prolonged pressure to the muscle knots or taught bands of contracted muscle tissue. Storage satchel included.
