I saw a video on FB talking about Shilajit and how amazing it is for men and their testosterone and building muscle ( it doesn’t help build muscle! Anyway, I thought this would be great to try with my son. 87 or something minerals that the body needs in this natural occurring resin? Let’s see, what do I have to lose? After 3 days I noticed more energy and just over feeling pretty good. After a pack (box comes with 2 packs) I feel like I did when I was a teenager. Super energetic and the motivation to take action. Naturally!! I take this little pill every morning and I feel amazing everyday. The longer I take it the better I feel!! I used to have a foggy mind and I feel more clear and focused. I used to procrastinate and beat myself up for not getting things done or just put right self sabotaging and feeling super lazy so I’d lay around and watch Netflix all day. You have to try it to understand. Full disclosure , I started taking chlorophyll to help my gut as well so these are the only supplements I’m taking and they are both pretty life changing in their own ways . So 10/10 stars . At first I wasn't sure it made a difference, so I stopped taking it, and slowly I became more slug and I wasn't sure why. I started taking it again and I was able to skip my mid-day energy drink. Definitely does something good for me.

Definitely gives you energy. It gave me too much. By bed time my heart was still racing. Probably works for some. Too much for me.

They taste bad, but so what. They make me feel good and they good for you. I have lot more energy when I take them.

I'm so disappointed to find what once was a great product for the price which provided third party test data with dated and lot number certification on it purity. To now receiving new box of the same brand, info less third party testing data / certification. I also realized something change when I noticed the shilajit dry drops were slightly larger. I had taken one each day starting last week and did not feel the result of internal power/strength I felt from the first time 6 months ago. Then I placed a drop in a cup of hot water to noticed this powder like substance after the top coat of shilajit dissolved away. Can you say BS!! Don't buy this crap!!! And to think I referred several of my friends to this product. To them I'd like to apologies for referring you guys to this bait and switch organization. Requesting a full refund for the 2 boxes I purchased. I love these. I have autoimmune issues, it makes my nails extremely soft, thin and breakable. This shilijit has made my nails so much stronger, they even look more normal. My hair grows so much faster. PLUS!!! I just had a full blood panel done at my doctors and everything was perfect, iron included.

Good stuff. Helps keep the engry up even after a long day.
