Looks great but doesn't stick

It looks incredible but unfortunately I tried everything, even my own 3m vhb tape, it refuses to stick. It seems some models came with tape preapplied, others come with DIY setups. Mine was the latter and nothing would make it stick, no matter how much tape I used. I have a sport model so it's should work perfectly but within 15 minutes it falls off.
