Great customer service with very quick replies with customer satisfaction put first. My faucet ended having a defect 5 months after receiving and they immediately replaced no questions asked. New faucet in less than a week after contacting them. The outdoor shower I love. Looks and works great! Easy installation. Shiny and no rust after months. It was a perfect fit for my previous outdoor shower. Always looks clean and bright with an easy wipe down.

I recently installed the shower fixture in matte black in a new outdoor shower. It was difficult to find fixtures specifically made for outdoor used and the few we found were $XXXX. This shower is the right material to last outdoors, and isn't very pricey (which is nice because I don't anticipate a long life out of any hardware exposed to the elements). Install wasn't difficult. The instructions aren't great, but really, it is pretty self explanatory. Make sure there is a rubber gasket at every junction and all pieces are square to each-other before tightening. Matte black looks great but it can scratch easily if you don't use a rag or clothe between your wrench and the piece during install. Without the extension, the shower was too short for us. I emailed Gotonovo and had a response within the hour that they were shipping me the extension piece, free of charge. Lastly, I saw reviews regarding water pressure before I purchased. After install, I can confirm that with my set up, there are no water pressure issues. Output is more than adequate from this fixture. All in all, its a nice looking fixture at a great price from a company with good customer service.

I was looking for an outside shower faucet and I did quite a bit of searches on Amazon to find the right one. After reading reviews on each product, I settled on the SUS 304 Stainless steel faucet. I picked it for both the price and the stainless steel construction. When I received the product, I was pleasantly surprised on the quality of the product. It looks very good and of high quality. Being tall, I did have to ask for the free extension( discussed in a product review and in the product installation guide) to increase the height of the rain shower head. I communicated by mail to the company and they quickly sent the extension. The shower faucet was installed and I was very impressed with the overall performance of the faucet. I love the he feel of rain head shower. I am pleased with the product and the customer service provided.

We purchased this system for an inexpensive outdoor shower option. For the low price, we expected a lower quality product. It was not low quality. The head has the perfect amount of water pressure with the rain head look. Everything functions well, installed easy. We left it outside over winter in zone 5, with water drained out of system. Will update in the spring.

Very disappointed. This is advertised as an outdoor shower. It does not hold up. It’s currently installed at a seasonal home we own. Every season we winterize and this year the video below shows how it is leaking everywhere. Stay away from this unit.
