Nikon Z fc Kit w/DX 16-50mm f/3.5-6.3 VR (SL)

Like most, i was drawn to this camera for its retro styling, which hearkens back to Nikon's FM film camera era. It is gorgeous, no doubt. But don't let its good looks fool you - this is a stellar camera with plenty of neat features. I chose this over the Z30/Z50 as besides its aesthetic superiority, it also features a plethora of dials - including ISO, exposure compensation, and shutter speed which the aforementioned do not have. Otherwise it is the same sensor and the same features. The images it produces are tack sharp and gorgeous. Mirrorless cameras have come a long way, and this shot better photos than my old D90 and D7000 that I ditched years ago as smartphone cameras became excellent alternatives. However, it feels good to pick up the hobby again with such an aesthetically pleasing as well as current with modern advancements. Another great feature is pairing it with the Snapbridge app, which enables you to live view as well as download photos straight onto your smartphone so you can edit and post quickly. The only detriments are the fact it is not weather-sealed and the lack of a proper grip. I do feel its slippery and the lack of a proper grip has me feeling insecure at times. I have ordered a Small Grip L-Bracket, which should resolve this issue. I would also suggest a large capacity SD card (you can use a UHS II card but it will only run at UHS I speeds) as my old Sandisk 8GB card filled up quickly with just a little over 100 shots shooting in JPEG + RAW. The battery also depleted fairly quickly after about 2 1/2 hours of continuous shooting, so I would recommend a spare EL-25!

El Manual de referencia de esta cámara consta de 688 páginas. Para mi es una gran cámara del estilo clásico de Nikon con un corazón de cámara moderna sin espejo en formato DX para objetivos Z y en la que pueden usarse también objetivos bayoneta F clásicos mediante un adaptador. Se trabaja con ella con mucha aproximación como se hacia hace años con los selectores rotativos de velocidad y sensibilidad ISO. Solo eché en falta completar y mejorar el sistema de agarre con un accesorio que se fija facilmente por debajo y facilita el agarre en la parte derecha de la cámara.

Loved the "retro" look and feel of this camera and wanted a replacement as my current Nikon cameras felt quite bulky and heavy. This is really light and doesn't cause me grief weighing down on the nexc strap. It's taught me to get off the green button (auto) and thanks to a couple of useful YouTube videos is beginning to teach me to get better effects and pictures. Battery life is poor however - so at least one spare replacement battery is recommended if you're going out for the day shooting photos. Battery/SD card compartment cover can be a little tricky to open but I'm hoping that when the "newness" wears off - that will improve. Switches and dials have a quality feel about them, amd the camera is comfortable to hold. Certainly not heavy (weighing approximately half what my D5000 and Finepix S9000 weigh). I'm very much an amateur photographer, but I very much like this camera.

Fullframe D810 yerine seyahat için hafif bir makine olması için almıştım. Performansı beklediğimin üzerinde oldu. Özellikle manual mod'da 900 saniyeye kadar deklanşör hızı ve gürültü azaltması çok iyi. Tek sorunu ürünün "grip"i olmamasıydı. Amazon Almanya'dan bu ürüne özel üretilmiş grip ile mükemmel oldu.

Nachdem ich die Bewertungen rauf und runter gelesen hatte, entschied ich mich für diese Retro-Camera. Ich habe sie seit zwei Tagen und kann die Finger nicht von ihr lassen. Ich schleppe sie überall mit hin und mache Foto um Foto. Die Aufnahmequalität ist sehr gut und die Einstellmöglichkeiten über den Programmschalter sind super. Alle Schalter und Tasten sind gut zu erreichen und rasten gut ein, bzw. haben gute Druckpunkte. Auch ist Camera was ihre Größe betrifft wirklich gut. Nicht so ein Klotz wie manch andere. Ich bin es von früher (Canon AE1 und T70, Voigtländer etc.) gewohnt durch den Sucher einer Spiegelreflex-Camera zu schauen und kann den Displays nicht viel abgewinnen, da diese gerade bei Sonneneinstrahlung floppen. Der Sucher der Nikon fc kommt mir da sehr entgegen und er ist sehr gut in der Bildgebung. Das die Klappe für den Akku etwas billig wirkt und wohl auch ist, kann ich dadurch kompensieren, dass ich die Camera per Kabel lade und die Bilder mittels Nikon SnapBridge auf mein IPhone lade. Geht super und je nach Einstellung auch automatisch. Für das Handling habe ich mir den Zusatzgriff von SmallRig dazugekauft und zum sicheren Tragen die Trageschlaufe ebenfalls von SmallRig. Ich muss aber sagen, dass das Gehäuse gar nicht so billig daher kommt. Die "Belederung" ist griffig genug um die Camera sicher zu halten. Das die Rückseite des Bildschirmes aus glattem, harten Kunststoff ist stört auch nicht, das dieser dann einfacher gereinigt werden kann, wenn man mit der Nase (bei Verwendung des Suchers) unweigerlich an die Rückseite stößt. Fazit: Bis jetzt gibt es nichts zu bemäkeln. Wer eine Spitzenkamera erwartet, der muss halt mehr Geld auf den Tresen legen. Da bekommt er dann eine Vollformat-Camera mit allen was angesagt ist. Wer jedoch Freude am fotografieren hat und dies noch dazu mit einer erschwinglichen schnuckeligen Retro-Camera, der wird nicht enttäuscht. Nachtrag: Ich habe die Camera seit einem Jahr im Einsatz und bin immer noch begeistert. Aufgrund ihrer Leistungsfähigkeit ist sie für mich "ein Wolf im Schafspelz". Von den Vollautomatik bin ich inzwischen gänzlich abgekommen und fotografiere ausschließlich im manuellen Modus. Es ist ein Genuss die Bilder zu erstellen. Auch habe ich mir ein TTartisan 35/1.4 zugelegt. das sieht absolut Retro au ist sehr günstig und ist zudem ohne Autofocus und andere Automatiken. Es ist somit ein absolut entschleunigtes Fotografieren. Serienbilder sind somit Fehlanzeige. Aber das ist halt mein Weg zu fotografieren. Und so werden auch jene die hier andere Wege beschreiten immer eine hervorragende, zuverlässige, kleine Begleiterin an ihrer Seite haben. Ich kann diese Camera immer noch mit guten Gewissen empfehlen!
