The last few years my hair has started to look dry and straw like despite using good quality shampoo and conditioner ( brown home colour used every 2 months for greys). I need to use 4 pumps for my thick long hair but it will last ages. Easy to use, just dampen your hair, brush well, apply cream, I usually brush it through, leave for at least 20 mins. The longer the better. Then wash your hair as normal.
