I thought I'd treat myself to some quality luggage. The day I need to travel the handle falls off. I unpacked everything, unzipped the fabric liner only to discover there was never screws in the first place, not even a loose one inside the liner. The toll free number won't answer instructing you to their website. You then fill out an online form in which the parts list link doesn't work then erases your form you just filled out. 1-3 business days for a response with my next trip coming up. To be fair, I really do like the luggage, it seems well thought out and the wheels do roll very well as according to the reviews but They're website states "Our priority is to have achieved the highest standard in terms of customer service. We want your experience with us to be like the first trip you take, exceptional, welcoming, and relaxing as we aim to put you first and strive to provide the best customer service possible." So can't I speak to a real person that will solve my quality control issue right away? A FOLLOW UP: It's been several weeks since my review. Travel Pro finally contacted me even though it was longer than they stated and I still would have preferred to talk to a real person. They REPLACED the suitcase so I must praise them here to say how pleased I am now that I have a working suitcase. I really do like the quality and would buy again knowing that they worked with me to my satisfaction. Thank you

I have a Travel pro checked bag that I love love love. I just took it for a month to europe. The rollability was super helpful for a solo female traveler. It helped me successfully navigate cobblestones in Berlin and sidewalk drains in london and uneven sidewalks in Spain. I decided to splurge and buy a carry-on from them even though I had one, because I wanted something that rolled as nicely. (I found myself wrestling with my carry on while my big travelpro bag rolled along delightfully.) However I am returning it. When I unzipped it a rivet fell out and I haven't been able to figure out where it came from. The design, between the pronounced handle channels and the big laptop pocket, feels to me like it greatly reduces my available interior space. Also, the zipper that has to wrap around the curved front opening for the laptop is very difficult to pull. It's like the zipper teeth.Do not line up and one row of teeth tucks behind the other. It does roll delightfully however the super Difficult front zipper made it a deal breaker. Returning. Update: extra hassle - I had to be responsible to package the return after they sent me a defective item!!! Normally you just go to UPS and they do it. So I taped it back up in the crushed soft p.o.s. box it came in.

Great bag. Laptop area is difficult to get in and out of and doesn't provide a lot of protection. I’ll get the non-external sleeve one next time.

I returned this item. It is a good product, but the inside volume did not meet my expectations. The laptop storage area took up some of the inside room. I received a credit through Amazon. Unfortunately, the credit has not shown up on my Amazon Synchrony card. It has been more than a month now. Where did the credit go? Thanks. Larry Varnas

Used it twice a month, holds up great

If you're looking for a suitcase to sneak things through TSA, look no further. This is one of those instances where you really do get what you pay for, so don't be cheap and pony up for the traveling hitman in your life. They'll appreciate the USB charging port and stylish design that's perfect for Europe.

This is for the hard case carryon platinum elite business pro with laptop. I had high hopes for this and have yet to take it on a trip, but already I've seen design flaws. They advertise 40L capacity which is a joke. That is the base dimensions of the inside cavity. There is so much you need to subtract from that to get the usable space. As mentioned earlier, the laptop pocket is hard to zip and it is OUTSIDE the hardcase. The hardcase is indented to make room for the laptop which permanently takes away interior space. They have this little pocket in the fold of the zipper to put your battery bank. Hey you guys at TravelPro whu didn't you just make that battery pocket big enough and with flexible but smooth sides to slide a laptop into the middle of the case? This would have been so much more useful and then we could get a lot more precious space back when not needing the laptop. Also laptop when inserted is fully protected! The 4 wheels are really nice, I admit. But they also mean giving up more packing space. A 2 wheel roller doesn't take away as much packing space. When one has already decided to go "compact" all these things that take away packing space like 4 wheels become a cost. Also why is there so much space between the interior handle channels, right there is another inch of space given up. Should I just return it and find another carry-on bag? Travelpro! contact me. Could do with being a bit bigger but a very smart, durable case. The wheels on it are an absolute dream!
