My elderly mother's previous mirror finally bit the dust. It was hard finding a mirror that took batteries, over plugging in. It was also hard finding a mirror that didn't have other gadgets and special lighting options. Mom didn't need that. What she needed was something lightweight (check), easy to use (check), dependable (check) and realistic in size for her vanity (check). I'm pleased that a manufacturer remembers that some spaces are small and some users need basic operations on a mirror to have the confidence to use it themselves. Quality is good. Mom is happy. Makes me happy.

So I bought this mirror because in a month I will be moving to college and I wouldn't have the time to buy one before moving in. I was looking for something that was relatively cheap (broke college student :) ) and had its own lights, no cord, and wasn't too big because of low lighting, limited sockets and desk space in my dorm. This mirror seemed to check all the boxes and also had the benefit of the light being on both sides of the mirror instead of just one, so I chose this. It came in one day and the mirror inside was well packaged. There was styrofoam surrounding the mirror and the box was the perfect size for the product, which was great for me because it had became so easy for me to rebox it and put it in a suitcase for college and not worry about something breaking. It was easy to screw on the base and put in the batteries, but I struggled a little closing it after putting the batteries in. Note that it does not come with batteries but it only needs AAA batteries which are easy to get. I loved that the power “button” isn’t really a button but a touch switch kinda like the home button for iphone 7 and 8, it added a little bit of a fancy feel for the mirror. Lighting is perfect, not too bright and you can dim it if needed. Sometimes when the lighting is too bright it has warped my perception of the amount of makeup on my face, but this worked well. My only issue is that there is no indicator that you have dimmed all the way, you just have to hold the button and see if the light gets any lighter. Another thing to note is that if you dim the mirror and then turn it off, it will automatically turn on as the brightest light setting. I saw this as a good thing, built it really depends on your preference and it only takes a couple seconds to dim. Overall the mirror is great, and I would 100% recommend.

The light is not bright. Worked well for about a week. Constantly changing batteries to keep the light bright. It is lightweight so i carry it to a brighter room. Update 9/7/22, the company did reach out to me about the mirror and offered a replacement mirror. It is an 8" rechargeable mirror and the light is bright. A big improvement. I do appreciate the customer service listening to my concerns and fixing them.

I like this mirror a lot. its nothing too special but it does the job, I will say the light isn't as bright as you would think but I actually really like it. I had a mirror that was much bigger and the light was much brighter but it honestly was so bright that when I would be done doing my makeup and moved to a more natural light I looked crazy because it would trick me into either not putting enough makeup on or too much makeup on. this one the light is a little more subtle. I bought this mirror because its was cheap and it had a light and I keep this one at my boyfriends house. I don't often do my makeup there but its annoying having to carry all my stuff around when I go to his place so it works fine for what I need it for. I actually thought about taking the one from my house to his and swapping it because I like that one a lot better. it also doesn't take too much space. great buy

Nice and slim, fits in the slip pocket of your purse and good magnification without distortion. It did not seem like a10X magnification to me, more of a 5X but works for what I needed it for. I would suggest to the seller to make it with a matte finish as I can see fingerprints all over it just handling it a couple of times and this shiny finish is going to scratch easily. I am also confused with the instructions it came with: "Always keep away from water; do not place or store appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink; do not use while bathing, and several other warnings. NOTE: there is no light on this mirror so therefore no batteries or plugs, no buttons, just a mirror. I think the wrong instructions were put together with the correct picture???

Overall I am blown away by the quality of this mirror for the price. It is very heavy and stable on a surface and the light is super bright and lights up evenly and the mirrors are nice and clear and do not seem distorted at all. The mirror rotates freely to position as needed, but doesn't slip or turn out of place on its own (which has been an issue with other mirrors I've had). The switch to turn on the light is basically a touch-sensor, which was a little weird at first since there is no depress or feeling of touching a button, but I like it now because I feel like it will be more durable over time (not having to constantly push on one edge of the mirror) since you just have to tap the button lightly or gloss your fingertip over it and the light responds immediately. My only complaint is that each of the two mirror surfaces feel a little flimsy. Either the metal is very thin or its just metal coated plastic, but either way when taking the mirror surfaces apart (to put in or change the batteries) it feels very flimsy and like the whole thing could snap in half. When all is assembled though, it is sturdy and I would still 100% buy again even with this very minor complaint.

I hesitated to spend this much on a mirror, but I'm glad I bought it. My old one kind of fell apart and I wanted to replace it. This is a high quality product with excellent clarity, the magnification is perfect. What I love most is the mirror light operates on batteries! It's easy to move around or take to another room without dealing with cords. The light has the perfect brightness. It's a big win for me, and I don't often take the time to write reviews.

I purchased this mirror for our guest bathroom in August 2021. Thrilled with it initially and ability to provide our infrequent guests with great lighting/magnification. The mirror has been used only occasionally. As another purchaser noted, the mirror began malfunctioning sporadically at first and now not at all. The mirror has not been exposed to any hard or consistent wear as it is in a guest bathroom very rarely used! SUCH a disappointment!!! I have thought to try to check the wiring inside YET unable to easily open the housing encasing the bulbs/wiring. SO, I'm sitting with a mirror that is inoperable through no fault of my own!!! I also ordered a mirror from you (October 12, '21) and had it shipped to my sister as a gift. Hers has also malfunctioned. I am soooo upset with the quality of this product!!!!

Der Spiegel ist schön und wertig: völlig verblüfft uns nach wie vor die "3 Farben & Dimmbale LED-Funktion" und das easy Aufladen mit dem mitgelieferten ( oder jedem anderen Kabel). Wer sich bei unterschiedlichen Lichtverhältnissen Schminken/ Pflegen will: der wird den lieben: der sieht im Bad sehr hübsch aus und ist hochfunktionell!
