A must have for travellers!!!
Amazing product! I travel frequently for work and used to rely on a cool bag with ice, constantly having to refill it and deal with water leaks. This flask has been a real lifesaver. It genuinely keeps medication at fridge temperature for 2–3 days. I’ve also had no issues taking it through airport security (I carry a letter explaining that the medication must be kept cold, just in case). I also bought an extra gel bottle, which makes things even easier. When I’m using one while travelling, the other stays in the hotel freezer ready for the next use. I would highly recommend this to anyone whose medication needs to stay at a controlled temperature, especially if you travel often and want a reliable, stress-free alternative to ice packs and cool bags.

Perfect for insulin.
Excellent for keeping insulin at fridge temperature. This was used whilst on a sailing boat in Greece and although we had a fridge it was temperamental, so we used the ice pack and emergency ice pack that we filled with water and kept it on a rotation for 2 weeks. No issues with insulin. Fine going through airport security with a doctors letter.

Does what it needs to do!
Used to keep a medication pen cool when travelling by plane. Great that it has a few options to cool, and the temperature gauge is reassuring. Used a few times - so far so good.

Broken, manufacturer doesn’t respond
Temperature display broken after 2 months. Temp reads 99 or 00 at room temperature. Contacted the company twice with the details from Amazon and got no reply. Waste of money.

Keeps meds chilled for hours!!
This meds cooler works just as advertised and is excellent value. It holds multiple pens or ampules and is very easy to use. The internal temperature is easily monitored using the built in thermocouple and temp display in the lid, giving you peace of mind without needing to open the cooler (which would reduce its effectiveness). The gel cold pack sustains the meds at fridge temperature even longer than claimed. The durable construction provides great protection. I especially like the QR code feature that can help reunite you with your meds if they get misplaced.

Keeps with in the range of 2c and 25c. UPDATED
I purchase this because it was a hard cylinder to keep my injection pens from being damage. Also it was the only long lasting cooler that mentioned my type of pen. Because it stated 60H I also thought that it would be great for my long haul flights to the USA. BUT the temperature rose from 4c to 21c in a matter of 18hrs!! Also it said it was Travel TSA approved, so why did customs take the whole thing apart and heated up my meds even more? I contacted Disoncare and they responded very quickly and gave me a couple of things to try. One being check my freezer goes down to -21c as that might be why it didn't keep cool. So I am doing an trail run to see if that was the case. I'll let you know the outcome later. But would like to say nothing in the instructions says the freezer must go down to -21c UPDATE Did the trial and froze the gel pack for longer it did stay in the temp 2c to 25 range stated but I felt I needed to keep it cool as it did take on the room temps. Anyway, long story short Disoncare have been excellent in responding and are sending me a second gel pack.

Worked perfectly
Needs to be put in take-on bag and when going through the security scanner take out of bag and put on tray with all your other personal items. I found that out when I was pulled to one side after it was spotted in my bag!

Best Insulin case to buy.
While it’s pricier than similar items, this insulin holder stands out for its compact design, easy-to-read temperature display, and, most importantly, its ability to keep insulin cold even during hot weather. I purchased it after the zipper on my previous insulin case broke within nine months. My old case also had frequent temperature fluctuations throughout the day when taken out of the fridge. With the Disoncare flask, I feel much more confident that my insulin will remain secure and in a controlled environment no matter where I go.

Outstanding performance and reliable temperature control
I purchased the DISONCARE Odyssey 60H to transport and protect my temperature sensitive medication and it has far exceeded my expectations. I've now tested it on two separate occasions. The first test lasted approximately 8 hours and the second lasted about 13 hours. During both tests, the built in digital temperature display consistently stayed at 32°F, giving me confidence that the contents were staying properly chilled throughout the entire period. The cooler itself feels very well made. It's compact/lightweight and fit easily in my backpack while still providing enough room for my other contents. I also appreciate how simple it is to prepare the cooling insert, just freeze it according to the instructions, let it sit for a few minutes and it was ready to use. (I didnt have to use the backup emergency one either.) One of my favorite features is the digital temperature display. Being able to check the internal temperature at a glance provides real peace of mind instead of having to guess whether everything is still cold enough. Based on my experience so far, this cooler has performed exactly as advertised. If you need a reliable way to transport temperature sensitive medication while traveling, commuting or spending the day away from home, I highly recommend it. It was worth every penny and would absolutely purchase it again.
