DID NOT RECIEVE ALL FOUR GOLD TIES
MY GRANDDAUGHTER LOVES HER ROCKER BUT I RECIEVED ONLY ONE GOLD TIE AND IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FOUR CAN YOU SEND THE OTHER TWO GOLD TIES TO COMPLETE THE CHAIR THANK YOU

Missing parts
I loved this and was so excited to receive it the wood was warped and it could not be put together...so disappointing I returned it. It looked liked it was returned previously it had missing parts as well.

To flimsy
It was easy to assemble however not all of the holes and screws lined up and once I finally got them to fit everything is wobbly and if you pick it up lightly it falls apart not a very good quality

Don’t waste your money!!!!
I got this rocking chair for my daughter we were excited but as I was putting it together the holes were not lining up. I called the number and it informed me to email them witch I did and still have heard nothing from them!

Cushions
Only one problem. The advertisement shows a dark royal purple for the cushion parts and it’s more like a lilac.
