I’ve taken it through TSA multiple times with no issues at all, which was one of my biggest concerns, and everything went smoothly each time. I used this product on my first trip and was very impressed with its performance. I packed it in my carry-on luggage and had no issues getting through TSA on a Wednesday morning. When I arrived at my destination, I accidentally left my medication out on the nightstand instead of placing it in the refrigerator. By Friday morning around 9:00 a.m., when I removed the medication from the container, it was still cold and even had condensation on it, just as if it had been taken directly from a refrigerator. The fact that my medication remained cold for over 48 hours exceeded my expectations. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs a reliable way to keep medication cool while traveling.

This product worked well and kept the medication at a safe temperature for more than 40 hours even though it was packed in a suitcase in a hot car. The product was easy to use. I really appreciated the built-in temperature gauge. The carrying case was great with a pocket for storing needles, a compact sharps container, and alcohol wipes. It worked well on a road trip and I know it would work well on a flight because it can be packed into a carry-on and doesn't have to be carried outside of the suitcase. It does not need a power pack. Very pleased with this product!

Great for keeping medicine cold or frozen! Highly recommended. Purchased for my dad who has to travel with medicated eye drops that must stay refrigerated or frozen. Eye drop bottle fits well. Traveled to Hawaii from Scottsdale - 12 hrs. with time change. Ice pack was still frozen upon arrival. Eye drops still cold & frozen. No TSA hassle as before.

Super useful for peptides and tirz

I have used this insulin travel case cooler on 3 trips in the past 2 1/2 months. Travel by car, air and sea have not given me any problems with this unit. After freezing the gel unit, I was able to keep my insulin cool without having to refreeze the gel unit for about a day and a half. Even after this time, the unit kept the insulin at a safe temp level. It is able to hold 1 Mounjaro injectable pen effectively. The cooler was inside a suitcase during travel and took up about the same space as a 20 oz water bottle. It was a bit bulky but well insulated and held up well through all the trips. The lid has a good seal and when twisted closed does not seem to loosen without a good twist. The quality and appearance of the coating are good and does not seem to scratch easily.

Needed to use this to travel abroad to keep our meds cold. Worked great. Was only able to fit 3 syringes in inside with the ice pack but it's all we needed it for. Stayed cool for well over 24 hours.

★★★☆☆ First off, I’m supremely disappointed because this appears to be a high-quality product and looks great. I truly wanted it to work for my use case. According to the advertised dimensions, my three peptide pens should fit within the stated 2.3” x 1.3” storage space. Technically, that measurement may be correct, but it doesn’t account for the smaller opening of the lid. While the interior widens to the advertised dimensions, the restricted opening makes it difficult or impossible to insert the pens along with the included ice pack. As a result, I can either carry two pens with the ice pack or all three pens without the ice pack. Unfortunately, that defeats the primary purpose of why I purchased this case. The build quality and appearance are excellent, but the real-world usable space is less than the listed dimensions suggest due to the lid design.

Life saver for Travellers with diabetes..it will keep the insulin up to 3 days if kept in AC, or else 48 hrs without any problem..

Aguanta casi 48 horas para llevarme mis plumas de Wegoby a un viaje largo. La seguridad del aeropuerto no se inmuta, ni pregunta. Tras probar varias opciones, esta es , con mucho, la mejor.

Product is good But height mentioned 24 cm is wrong in data sheet its measured 23 cm and due to that i m unable to put Genotropin pen in that case highly disappointed

Desde el dia que llego lo probe ya que saldre de viaje y por lo menos mi medicamento estaria 12 hrs fuera de refrigeracion, congele el GEL todo un dia y al dia sigueinte lo introduje en el termo y mantuvo una temperatura enter 0-5 grados pro 24 hrs, a tamperatura ambiente entre 30-35 grados algo que si hice fue meterlo en su estuche para que guardara aun mas el frio... me parece que paso la prueba, lo unico que no me gusto es que muy a penas le caben 3 plumas de insulina, muy justas, pro lo demas esta muy bien ...recomendable
