Great product, I love it.
When I bought the first lot of this zero carb pasta I was initially put off by the strong fishy smell. However, once drained and rinsed there was no smell or taste of fish. As a low carb replacement for carb laden pasta it's fantastic. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes which was a wake up call that I wasn't looking after myself. I decided to treat it with diet and decided on the keto diet. I mixed this pasta with cucumber, tuna and full fat mayonnaise and I loved it. In 6 months I lost 4 stone and put my diabetes into remission. It might not taste like real pasta but when dressed up with tuna, cucumber and low carb veg I couldn't tell the difference. My taste is not the same as other people so ignore the reviews good and bad and make your own mind up. One man's meat etc...

Revolting
There is absolutely nothing to like about this. When you open the packet it has a smell of fish. Really strong fish at that. Gave it a good wash in cold water and the smell disappeared a little. Sauce was already cooking so just went with it. Shouldn’t have bothered. The texture and the taste is just as bad as the smell. It’s completely inedible. The rest has gone in the bin.

Surprisingly soft like real pasta
So far these noodles are very reminiscent of real noodles. Once cooked properly they are surprisingly soft. Since they almost zero carbs I have to recommend it to everyone on low carb , keto diet , like me. Texture much better than other zero carb noodles. I had them with minced chicken stir-fry. I'm happy to feel like I've eaten proper meal full of protein and healthy fats and low in carbs.

Keto diet
Konjac is strange stuff but once it’s been rinsed a few times it’s great to take in to work for low carb keto lunches. You need to get used to the consistency but I enjoyed the penne more than the rice and the noodles.

Yucky taste
Great idea, terrible taste. Fish like smell which is hard to disguise even with a sauce. Slightly pricey too.
