I have to sleep with a CPAP machine that feeds the O2 into me to make sure my O2 level stays up overnight. Needless to say, this ring really got me interested. I am finding that it is a Godsend! The reports it makes are sufficient for medical grade reporting and the PDF can easily be sent to my physician over their portal. I am so impressed with the comfort and ease of capturing the data and producing the report.A few words about setup. When you first get the ring, just follow the simple instructions. The thing that amazed me was that it almost set itself up. I was concerned about doing the Bluetooth pairing (always a Pain) but this thing paired itself without any hassle. Likewise with uploading the data from the ring to my phone. The ring/app did it all by itself. No hassle. The device and app communicate the status as things are happening. No confusion. No technical skills needed.And the ring itself is very comfortable. I didn't even notice it while wearing it overnight. (It did not keep me awake!)
