Does this work with a Kids Amazon Fire without needing a different attachment?

No they don’t, bloody frustrating how picky Amazon Fire is about what headphones will work. Easiest thing to do is just buy Bluetooth headphones.

Are these noise cancelling so a 16 month old can use it on a laptop Lane without the volume being high?

The headphones aren’t noise cancelling. Instead, these are noise isolating, which reduces ambient sounds.

Do these work with kids Amazon tablet ?

Hi, yes they do we have Amazon Fire tablet.
