Purchased this so I could take my Orencia autoinjectors on an international trip. Each container only holds one pen, but it kept my medicine cold for the entire trip (~30 hrs between refrigerators). No problems getting through TSA or international airport security checks with these in my carry-on bag.

Expensive, but worth it. This is the only option I found that actually WORKS to keep medication at the right temperature for 12 hours travel. It also fit the number of pens indicated on the product description. I tested this product (and 5 other products) before needing to use it for a 12 hour trip and it was the ONLY one which didn't start out being below 32 degrees F (which risks freezing the medication) and also the only option tested which held the internal temperature below 40 degree F for the entire 12 hour travel. EXCELLENT! Don't waste your time or money on other products which CLAIM keeping medications cool, but fail, and ruin the medication.

I use this cooler for traveling. It keeps unused insulin fresh and cold for more than a day.

Received it today and I was wondering because some people said that they can only fit two Zepbound. But the company said it fit 3 Zepbound and yes you can fit 3 put one in the middle looking down then one on each side with the bigger side looking up.

I bought two of these for various long distance travel. They are pretty costly, but they work as promised. After over 24 hours, the injectables were still cold and the ice pack was still hard. The description online is clear and they accurately describe the capacity of the cooler. It differs depending on what type of injectable you are storing.

It works well as the temps seem to stay in range for over 24 hours. By the end of 33 hours for which I believe it is rated for, it is still cool but about 10 degrees warmer. I wish it was a bit roomier and maybe a bit more insulated. I need it for trips I take where door to door are at least 30 hours. I still may buy a second one as I need more room when I travel for long trips.

If you need to travel with medical products, this is the one that worked for me. Feel comfortable if you are a traveler that your products will travel safely with you for extensive periods in proper temperature.

Followed all of the directions for use to the letter. Placed insulin pens into the cooler straight from the refrigerator. Cooler was placed in my under seat bag on the plane. All told, the pens were in the cooler for approximately 12 hours before I could check them. After 12 hours, they were cool (maybe) to the touch, so these coolers do not meet the advertised standards of keeping the pens cold. Disappointed for sure, especially for the price. For the price paid, they should do better. The coolers are very protective of the pens and will keep the pens cool for a while, just not as long as they state.

Had a chance to use this in the hot summer for an 8 Hour drive to Quebec from Ontario- Canada. Note I do not use the car air conditioning & stop several times enroute leaving the travel cooler in hot car at rest stops. When I arrived at destination I was very happy to see my Ozempic was kept cool all the way ! I will be using this for air travel to Panama over winter next year & feel very confident now that his item will hold my 3 months worth of pens & last for a much longer travel time of approx 11 hours before I can get them into a fridge

I bought this for a six week trip I will be doing later this year when I will be needing to keep my insulin at fridge temperature (2-8C) in a very hot climate. I tested it out a couple of times to make sure it would keep my insulin at the required temperature for at least 24hrs and am pleased to say that it passed the tests. I can fit 6 pens into it and feel confident that I can travel without fear of my insulin being rendered unusable by not being kept at the right temperature.

Used the cooler for a 30 hour international travel day, it was still cold on arrival. Very happy with purchase
