The MTI Explorer V universal-fit type V life jacket offers all of the Great features needed for a high buoyancy whitewater rafting PFD. Constructed of 500 denier cordura nylon with 1680 denier polyester Ballistics Cloth in high wear areas, the Explorer V is designed to last! an easy four buckle front closure assures a comfortable and secure fit with the lowest of those buckles being positioned in a fabric tunnel located well below the flotation to help reduce "ride-up" by cinching lower on the Torso. Padded adjustable shoulder straps allow for fitting a wide range of chest sizes and large arm holes prevent chaffing. The Explorer V also features an extra strong headrest/grab handle which is attached via bar tacks, double stitching and 2" webbing making it super reliable for pulling swimmers back into a raft. The interior of the vest and high contact areas are black to minimize stains from Sunscreen, food, Deodorant, etc. Epe foam construction is both comfortable and quick to dry. Specifications: USCG: type III recreational & type V commercial, design buoyancy: 25 lbs, sizes: Universal (30"-56").
