This time I have ordered a size XS to see whether it'll give more tummy control. Its fairly comfortable however I do find the thong cuts me in half a bit after sitting down but that's probably caused by having a big bum or because I'm 5'6 - 5'7, either way its not too uncomfortable to wear just needs readjusting every so often, I can imagine it wouldn't be suitable for anybody over 5'8, and if you're a UK 10 - 12 and not as willing to be uncomfortable as I am a S or even M would be the best fit. Good value for money, does the same job as a more expensive shapewear would do.UPDATE!! I have now received the XS and its perfect definitely a better size, gives tummy control this time and snatches my waist even tighter!! without feeling uncomfortable at all! weirdly it actually feels more comfortable than my previous purchases of size S! fit over my thick thighs and bum no problem! couldn't be happier!!!!
