I had never washed the washing machine, and I find the cost exorbitant. However, the noise it was making in hoses and filters stopped! Now I love the idea of cleaning my washing machine system! I think the machine will last longer, and I am certainly happier with less weird noises in my life

It was super easy to use—just toss it in and run a cycle. Afterward, my machine smelled fresh and clean, with no chemical odor at all. We switched from toxic detergents found in big box stores to non-toxic for obvious reasons. It was also hugely important to find a product to detox my washer drum because although we made the switch some time ago to a better, healthier detergent, my clothes have continued to come out of the wash/dryer looking horrible; streaked with white chalky residue. Every time I wash my work scrubs, a day later they’re not longer black but instead are residue covered and it’s frustrating. So, I bought this product with the highest of hopes that it would resolve this issue based on how they market it. It - did- not - work. I tried contacting the manufacturer via Amazon since there’s no way to “return/replace” the only washer tab I was given and that fell absolutely flat. They have chosen to NOT respond to me and I’m left despondent, frustrated, and out of my money. Money is one of my scarcest resources right now and I feel duped and regret spending what I did on this. They don’t stand behind their products.

Another wonderful product from Truly Free Home! I’ve always known it’s important to clean the washing machine, but I didn’t know there was a specific product for it. It left my washing machine extremely clean, and the best part is knowing that their products not only have amazing quality but are also made without toxic ingredients. I will definitely trust and purchase from them again!

I wish this wasn't as expensive as it is. I use truly free dish detergent, dishwasher aid, and laundry detergent. I love all of those products, but I feel this just doesn't do a wonderful job. my washer still had a smell after using this and for almost $20 for one pouch, I would have expected better results.

Added these in to my cleaning routine and I’ll never go back. Clean ingredients and does and amazing job. Keeps your washer clean looking good and smelling good and fresh. Worth every penny.

The prduct is great. The cost from this third party vendor is outrageous.
