I’ll be using these lots now as I was blown away with how good they are! I needed the full packet which says serves 2 although you could add bean sprouts, pak choi etc if required. 10/10 for me and I’m super fussy. :)

Had these for the first time with a Bolognese sauce. They are a good substitute for spaghetti. They don't taste of much, however neither does spaghetti, you just have to let the sauce soak into them. I don't think the portion sizes are accurate, it says serves two in each pouch but I would beg to differ and say it serves one. They are a little pricey for what they are but I only plan on eating them maybe once a fortnight so it works out ok. Overall, I think these are a good low carb alternative to pasta.
