Was installed by someone in the plumbing field and I purchased the extra kit for power washing outdoors which we have not used but will soon. We have found the water temp. is consistent. We especially enjoy the ability to self-program temp. to suit our individual needs which works well for us and for household task like running the dishwasher, laundry and hand washing dishes. It is a tad noisy but you will get use to it in about a week or so.
