Can you toss this in the washer to clean it?

I have never washed it in the washer so I don't know. All I have to do is wipe it down with a wet cloth. I've had mine over three years and it still looks like new.

Does this bag have interior pockets ?

No. There are no interior pockets.

How long are the handles?

The height from the top of the purse to the top of the handle is approximately 6". This is for hand carrying, not over the shoulder except for a child. It's very cute as my "shopping bag", easily containing masks, sanitizer, gloves, an umbrella, water bottle & 5 reusable grocery bags.

Could this be used as a lunch bag?

I wouldn't recommend it as a lunch bag. I use it as a makeup bag, and I love it. However, the inside coating in this bag is not the same inside coating as used in lunch bags. Maybe it would hold the cold in if you put a frozen bar inside it, but maybe not. The zipper is not really airtight either. Best of wishes!
