For the size large, 13" high with a 4" inseam lying flat.

My size is 33-34, should I buy Medium or Large?

I tried both medium and large and the large were more comfortable playing golf in very hot weather.

Do you need to wear underwear under these or just use these as underwear?

They are underwear - spandex material - no need to wear anything under - I wore adidas for a long time these fit better - more expensive in stores

Only if you have so.e belly like me. If you dont have a overlapping stomache it should be fine
