Broken within a month
We fitted the tap a month ago, and it already looks like this, completely corroded and needs replacing. The tap is also very cheap plastic and veey delicate

3 pin plug has to be cut off to fit.Fitted to downstairs toilet sink. The hot water is lot quicker and less wasted hot and cold water every time it's used compared to the water from the combi boiler.

Exploded when in use! Do not buy.
Purchased in September 2022 and professionally installed by plumber and electrician. This tap has had light use in a guest annexe. Today when the tap was turned on to produce hot water it exploded, sending the dark plastic screen that covers the digital display flying across the room and the explosion caused a fire isolated to the tap. Fortunately the fuse board was tripped. I would not recommend this tap due to the danger it poses.

‘Does what it says’
Bought this to go with the sink in our garden bar. Does what it says and enables us to have hot (and cold) water off a 3 pin (UK) plug via a heating element without having to buy a storage unit. The hot water temperature is controlled via the tap lever which also gives an LED digital reading.The actual faucet feels a bit plasticky and only time will tell as to discolouring/peeling.Pros: With electric prices so high, the only electric you pay for is when you turn the tap to hot (not constant use like the under counter boiler units).Perfect so far
