Very nice product and great quality for the price. I needed a screen protector for our slider due to our dogs ruing the previous screen. Serves as a visual deterrent so the dogs don’t try to run through the screen by accident. (Wife didn’t like the taller pre-done one I got at Home Depot so did more research). Looked at the flat sheets at HD/Lowes but they were really flimsy 0.02” thick (abt 26 gage). Looked at really thick stainless steel that was three times the price! This black coated aluminum 0.03” product is a good middle ground. Easy to cut with a tin snips and maybe possible with a heavy duty meat scissors. As others have mentioned, it does come in a 4” box rolled up and you have to unroll it and work the bends to get it flat as best you can; but halfway decent results don’t take too long. I didn’t deduct a star for that since I knew what I was in for ahead of time. Almost invisible from across the room. 4.9 stars!

Worked well for my application of installing in C1 Corvette grill. Factory grill area was wide open, this will now keep road debris/bugs from clogging/damaging my new radiator. Plus it really looks good! Easy to work with.

Photo to show scale next to hand and 1” masking tape. Not sure how to flatten it. It comes rolled and I’m still trying to get it flat. It is pretty much what I expected & will work for me. Looks as good as in photos. I also bought some tools to help with my project. It’s easy to cut and bend, but holds shape.

worked nicely for stage monitor cab grill and replacement just wish it came in a wider size also used it on this small cab build and and older larger floor monitor grill replacement used the 13" and 16" which are actually 12.75" and 15.75"

NOTHING was mentioned about the mesh aluminum screen coming rolled up in to a four inch diameter! YES, FOUR INCH DIAMETER! It has been a huge pain to get it unrolled and difficult to get it anywhere near flat. Other similar materials I have purchased came FLAT! If you are unskilled in handling it and working with it to get it flat, you may end up being very unhappy with the wavy results (and probably should just send it back while it's still rolled up)...

I use this item to put in my grand Highlander grill because of the holes being so big and hearing the other owners have had the radiators damaged due to rocks going right through the large holes. This solution has protected my grill and my engine compartment from large rocks and I can already tell that it’s already done its job. With tin snips the material was easy to cut and shape, but use some gloves to protect your hands because the edges are sharp once you cut them. It does come in a roll in a box so you will have to roll it out and use something to evenly flatten it for about a week. After having it on the vehicle for over a month, I feel it stayed durable. The color black is great and you can see the comparison before I put it on the vehicle and after I put it on the vehicle and how it looks like it belongs there.

Bought this as my lower front grille on the bumper had been ripped off after hitting a bird on the highway. This was easy to cut to size and was installed to fit the shape of the intake grille due to its flexible material that was hard enough to retain its shape but soft enough to be cut to size with a small wire cutter.
