What settings did you use for your tumbler press. Heat and time?

I don't use a heat press. I do mine in an oven at 275 for 8 minutes.

Are they dish washer safe after sublimation print is put on them?

It's not that they can't go in dishwasher. You don't want to put in dishwasher because the heat from it with lighten the print over time.

What is should the print size be?

I usually print at 9.3" (wide) by 8.1" (tall) and trim as needed. You should always measure each and every tumbler first beforehand though since there is usually some size difference in all tumblers.
