Review: Really handy - Really good, I use this with a black sharpie fabric marker to clean up edges. This marker feels like acrylic paint when it dries, but it doesn't wash out (leave to set for a couple days before washing). When used on black clothing, you'll need a few layers to build up how white it is, otherwise it'll just look gray and faded (which can be used for grading and shadows)
