Review: Quality sturdy metal filing cabinet. - A couple of years ago bought a 2 drawer filing cabinet. Self assembly (bit of a nightmare) Mdf wood. Didn’t last. This one made of sturdy metal, arrived fully assembled. It is well made and looks attractive. I’m delighted. Excellent value and would highly recommend.

It’s on wheels so easy to manoeuvre, but if you plan to use it upstairs it will take 2 or 3 people to carry it as it is very heavy. I really like the third middle wheel which stops the cabinet tipping forward when the top drawer is open, and that it fits perfectly under my desk. Very happy with my purchase.

A: I would imagine as it’s metal it would be fire proof and it could take a spill of water on it but I wouldn’t keep it out in the rain.

A: From memory.  No. Does come with a hanging file bar though

A couple of years ago bought a 2 drawer filing cabinet. Self assembly (bit of a nightmare) Mdf wood. Didn’t last. This one made of sturdy metal, arrived fully assembled. It is well made and looks attractive. I’m delighted. Excellent value and would highly recommend.

This filing cabinet surprised me as it came pre-assembled which I wasn’t expecting. It’s on wheels so easy to manoeuvre, but if you plan to use it upstairs it will take 2 or 3 people to carry it as it is very heavy. I really like the third middle wheel which stops the cabinet tipping forward when the top drawer is open, and that it fits perfectly under my desk. Very happy with my purchase.

Lovely cabinet - ideal for what I wanted - but damaged in the construction process - 2 dents on front from the screws behind! It is tucked in a corner so not an issue - but the folks in the factory need to be a little more careful! The draws are deep and open well, the extra wheel really helps. Keys work well and no issues with locking mechanism. Happy it came fully assembled - just needed to screw the wheels in - mini spanner provided.
