I bought it for my general in-home workouts, and it's pretty easy to grape. Truthfully, I couldn't be happier with my choice. The mat feels solid during my practice, at the same time my knees and hips can feel the benefits of the extra padding. I got the black so no dirt shows up, and even though I'm pretty rough with it, it holds up perfectly! It's natural rubber which has barely smell. And it's lightweight as well. This is by far my best purchase from Amazon.
