I used to pick up colds if I was within 100yds of someone sneezing. About a month ago I started taking immunity supplements and I’ve not caught a cold since. Even after a road trip with a colleague coughing and sneezing in the car for 2 hours!! Old me would have definitely caught a cold. Thing to remember is all these things are supplements. To supplement your healthy eating. My eating habits aren’t great and I don’t eat enough fresh veg, fish etc, so I definitely recommend supplementing your intake. And keep at it!

I was quite undecided about these pills until I had read the other reviews. Smell - these smell like a variety of spices heaped together into a pill. And that’s exactly what it is. I take a lot of these substances in either pill format or herbal teas, so the idea of lumping them all in together was interesting. Whether this is convenient or not you will need to decide yourself . I’m only rating this three stars as in my opinion these should all be taken as separate doses and not in the on shot! I think society’s quest for speed has went to far now if people are popping everything in the one pill rather than taking the time to enjoy it as a herbal tea. In fairness to the advert these ingredients will do exactly what the claim is, how successful as a pill I don’t know. ( I do have many years of knowledge in herbal teas and spices £

I started taking these a few days ago and up to now they haven't lowered my cholesterol or my inflammation but it does say it supports them so it's early days. It says it helps defend against free radicals, it has enhanced inflammatory actions and boosts metabolic activity. I'm hoping this is the case as I have both high cholesterol, hyperthyroidism and inflammation due to both osteoarthritis and rumertoid arthritis. And anything that can help with this is a big thumbs-up for me. But as I've said it's early days. The benefits of these are they are vegan, have no synthetic binders, no chemical additives and the ingredients are pure. They are also gluten free, 200% vegetarian, dairy free and best for me sugar free. They contain. • Ashwagandha 100mg • Guduchi 200mg • Amalaki 100mg • Turmeric 50mg You only need to take 1 capsule once a day either after lunch or dinner. (Do not take on an empty stomach). You have a 60 day supply and it says you need to take them for 4 months to see sustained results. But at £20.99 it is a bit expensive. It's a non chemical way of having your immune system a boost, so as I've stated I'm trying these out for the recommended 4 months to see if my levels change and that I see an improvement so I will update with my results. I've given these 4 stars only because I've only just started taking these.
